The release date of the much-anticipated movie ‘Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire’, starring pan India rebel star Prabhas, seems to be uncertain. The movie was slated to hit the screens on September 28, but the makers have reportedly decided to push it back. This is a letdown for Prabhas fans, who are eager to see him in a full-fledged action role in this film directed by Prashanth Neel, the director of the KGF series. The new release month of ‘Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire’ has been revealed.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted today (September 2) that Salaar Ceasefire movie will not release on September 28, and it is official. He said that the post-production work of Salar movie is in full swing. Hombale Films, the production house of the film, is planning to release Salaar Ceasefire in November.
The reason for the postponement of ‘Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire’ is said to be the delay in the post-production work. The makers have not yet issued an official statement on this matter. It looks like Prabhas fans have to wait for two more months to watch him on the big screen in an action avatar. If Salaar movie is delayed, maybe the trailer will be released this month.
Salaar is directed by Prashanth Neel, who has gained pan India fame with KGF movies. The teaser of the film has already created a huge impact. Prabhas looks stunning in action mode. The expectations on Salaar Ceasefire are sky-high.
Shruti Haasan is playing the female lead opposite Prabhas in Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire. Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran is playing the antagonist. Jagapathi Babu, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao and Sriya Reddy are playing important roles. The film is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films banner. The music is composed by Ravi Basrur.
