Kirrak Seetha, the actress who played a negative role as the heroine’s friend in recent blockbuster ‘Baby’ movie, has revealed that she received rape and death threats because of her on-screen character. Seetha shared this shocking information in an interview with a YouTube channel.
She said that some guys followed her after baby movie press meet event, and some friends advised her to file a police complaint. Seetha also said that she got inquiries for her address from some strangers. However, she took it lightly as it had nothing to do with her real-life character. She mentioned that even the director Sai Rajesh warned her that she might face backlash because of the way he written and portrayed her character on-screen. It is unfortunate that some movie fans cannot differentiate between reel life and real life. This is just an example of how films can trigger extreme reactions.
