Hansika’s debut web series MY3 is set to stream on Disney Plus Hot Star from September 15. The web series is a sci-fi romantic comedy that features Hansika as MY3, a robot. The trailer of the web series was released on Wednesday and it shows the hilarious situations that arise when a young scientist falls in love with the robot and accidentally creates two more clones of her.
Hansika’s look and expressions as a robot are impressive. This is Hansika’s first web series in her career. The web series also stars Shanthanu Bhagyaraj and Janani in important roles. The web series is directed by Rajesh M. The title Maitri and the caption A Robotic Love Story are intriguing.
The web series is made in Tamil and will be streamed in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam languages. Hansika has been focusing on web series as her film opportunities have reduced for some time. Hansika is currently acting in a Telugu web series called Nasha.
Hansika also completed the shooting of a Telugu movie called My Name Is Shruti, which is 105 minutes long. The release of the movie is delayed due to lack of proper buzz. On the other hand, Hansika is acting in Tamil movies like Man, Guardian and some other movies.
