Jailer Box Office Closing Collections Worldwide:
Jailer, the blockbuster movie starring Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth, has created a record-breaking collection at the box office. The film, which hit the screens on August 10, has received massive response from the audience. It has given Rajini a huge hit after a long time. Thalaiva is back and has made his fans proud. The film has completed its theatrical run and the final collection figures have been revealed.
According to trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan, Jailer has grossed Rs.650 crores globally. He tweeted that the film has earned three times the investment for everyone involved in it. “Jailer Worldwide Box Office. Closing collection is Rs.650 crores. Superstar Rajinikanth’s movie has brought three times the profits for everyone who was a part of this movie. Nelson Dilip Kumar gave the biggest comeback in history,” he wrote.
Rajinikanth played the role of retired jailer Muthuvel Pandian in Jailer. His style, action and charisma in this film have impressed his fans immensely. The film is brilliantly directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar. The background music by Anirudh Ravichander is also very powerful for Jailer. The film has achieved tremendous success at the box office.
Producer Kalanidhi Maran has rewarded hero Rajinikanth, director Nelson Dilip Kumar and music director Anirudh Ravichander with luxury cars and cheques for the huge collections of Jailer. He also gave gold coins to 300 people who worked for the film. He organized grand celebrations event in chennai.
Jailer also features cameo appearances by senior stars Mohanlal and Shivraj Kumar, which are an added attraction. Vinayakan, Vasanth Ravi, Ramya Krishna, Mirna Menon played important roles in this film.
