MM Keeravani spent two months of sleepless nights for ‘Chandramukhi 2′

MM Keeravani, the senior music director of Tollywood, has made a global mark with his music for RRR. The song ‘Natu Natu’ from the film became a worldwide hit. He has also won many prestigious awards, including an Oscar, for his musical talent. He is currently working on two films, ‘Hari Hara Veeramallu’ and ‘Chandramukhi 2’. He is now busy with the re-recording of the Chandramukhi 2. Keeravani shared his hard work and dedication to the film in a recent tweet.

Keeravani tweeted in this context… ‘The characters of ‘Chandramukhi 2’ spend sleepless nights in fear of death. I also spent 2 months of sleepless nights bringing mind-blowing scenes to life with my music. He asked his friends Gurukiran and Vidyasagar to wish him success. His tweet revealed his passion and commitment to the background score of ‘Chandramukhi 2’.

Keeravani had a reason to mention Gurukiran and Vidyasagar in his tweet. They are both music directors who have worked on Chandramukhi parts 1 and 2. Vidyasagar composed music for ‘Chandramukhi’, which starred Rajinikanth and was a huge hit in Tamil and Telugu in 2005. Gurukiran composed music for ‘Nagavalli’, which had Victory Venkatesh as the lead actor and followed the same concept. Keeravani acknowledged their work and experience in his tweet.

P Vasu, who directed both ‘Chandramukhi’ and ‘Nagavalli’, is back with ‘Chandramukhi 2’. The film has Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut in the lead roles, along with Radhika Sarath Kumar, Lakshmi Menon, Vadivelu, and others. The film is slated to release on September 19.
