There is a buzz in the industry that she has bagged a big opportunity to star opposite megastar Chiranjeevi in his upcoming film.
Chiranjeevi, who faced a setback with his recent film Bhola Shankar, is working on two projects. One of them is a remake of the Malayalam hit Bro Daddy and the other is a fantasy adventure film. The film will be directed by Vassishta, who made his debut with Bimbisara. The first look poster of this film, titled #Mega157, was unveiled on Chiranjeevi’s birthday with the tagline ‘Good for the Universe’. It received a tremendous response from the fans. The makers have reportedly roped in Mrunal Thakur as the female lead in this film.
Mega157, which is being produced by UV Creations, will have a significant role for the heroine. The director felt that Mrunal Thakur was the perfect choice for the role. Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi will also act in a film under his daughter Sushmita Konidela’s production house, Gold Box Entertainments.
