The movie, which released in August, has become a super hit with gross collections of over Rs.630 crore worldwide. Thalaiva Rajinikanth’s style and action, director Nelson Dilip Kumar’s narration, and Anirudh Ravichander’s background music have made Jailer a big hit beyond expectations. Now Jailer movie is all set to stream on OTT. The OTT release date of this movie has been officially announced. Here are the details.
Jailer movie will be available on Amazon Prime Video OTT platform from 7th September. The movie can be streamed in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages. Amazon Prime Video confirmed this news today.
There were rumours recently that Jailer movie would be released on Sunnxt and Netflix. But today it was officially declared that the movie will be streaming only on Amazon Prime Video OTT.
As Jailer became a blockbuster and earned huge collections, the producer of this film, Kalanidhi Maran, gifted a luxury car and a cheque to Rajinikanth. The producer presented a BMW X7 car to Rajini. He also gave a cheque worth a huge amount. Kalanidhi Maran also gave a premier car to Jailer director Nelson Dilip Kumar.
Rajinikanth got his range hit after many years with Jailer movie. His fans are rejoicing saying Thalaiva is back. Jailer broke many records in Kollywood.
