The month of September has only one big release in the form of ‘Skanda’, a mass action entertainer starring Ram Pothineni and directed by Boyapati Sreenu. The film is gearing up for a grand release on 28th September and the makers are increasing the hype with their promotional activities. A second trailer is expected to be out soon and the ‘Cult Bomma’ song has already impressed the audience.
The film promises to be a feast for the mass lovers as Boyapati has packed it with his trademark elements like high-octane action, powerful dialogues, and commercial songs. The film may not appeal to the critics but it is expected to entertain the fans and the general audience.
The film has a runtime of 167 minutes, which is the same as ‘Akhanda’, another Boyapati film. Ram will be seen in two different avatars in this film and his fans are eagerly waiting to watch him on the big screen. The film has Sreeleela and Saiee Manjrekar as the female leads and a host of other actors like Prince Cecil, Gautami, Indraja, Raja, Srikanth Meka, Sharath Lohitashwa, and others. The film will be released in five languages: Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam. The dialogues are written by Ratnam, the music is composed by Thaman, the cinematography is done by Santosh Detake, the action choreography is by Stun Siva, the editing is by Tammi Raju, and the production is by Srinivasaa Chitturi. Zee Studios and Pavan Kumar are the presenters of this film and Prem Rakshit Master is the dance master.
