Vishwak Sen Clears the Air on Baby Controversy: ‘I Don’t Want to Waste Their Time’

Baby, a small film starring Anand Deverakonda, Vaishnavi Chaitanya and Viraj Ashwin, has become a blockbuster hit. The film was directed by Sai Rajesh, who is known for his spoof films like Hrudayakaleyam and Kobbarimatta. Baby team has been celebrating their success with various events. At these events, director Sai Rajesh revealed that he was ignore by a young Tollywood hero when he approached him with baby story before Anand. He said that the hero did not even listen to his story and insulted him.

Many people wondered who that hero was, until Vishwak Sen posted a tweet on his Twitter account. He wrote, “No means no. So sit quietly without making noise.” This tweet was seen as a response to Sai Rajesh’s comments. Sai Rajesh also tweeted back, “I see all your tweets… Don’t worry.” This led to a social media war between the two. Netizens also joined the fray by trolling Vishwak with memes. Vishwak recently spoke to the media about this issue.

He said, “When we are not clear about doing a film, we don’t want to waste their time, so i said no. I can’t do anything if they feel bad about it. There are more people who are jealous than happy when a small film becomes a hit in this industry. The whole industry should be proud of the success of a small film. I also congratulated the director of the film in the directors’ WhatsApp group. In fact, I was the first one to react when the trailer of that film was released. But the director is repeating the same thing at many occasions. It hurts to be insulted by someone just because their film is good.” He said.
