The stunning Tamannaah Bhatia has been making headlines for the past few months. She impressed everyone with her bold roles in the web series ‘Jee Karda’ on Amazon Prime and the Netflix anthology ‘Lust Stories 2’. Besides these OTT projects, her song ‘Kaavaala’ is still a hit and her smooth moves have become viral. She is ready to rock the South Indian screens with two big releases in one day. One of them is ‘Jailer’, an action-packed drama directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, where she stars opposite superstar Rajnikanth.
In a media interaction, Tamannaah was questioned about the huge age gap between her and Rajni in ‘Jailer’. Tamannaah is 33 years old while Rajni is 72. They were seen dancing together in a popular track, which sparked this question. Tamannaah replied, “Why do you even care about the age difference? You should focus on the characters that are being portrayed on the screen, nothing else. If you want to talk about age, then look at Tom Cruise doing amazing stunts at 60 years old, and I would love to do spicy dance numbers at that age too.” The other film is ‘Bholaa Shankar’, a remake of ‘Vedhalam’, where she works with Megastar Chiranjeevi, who is 34 years older than her. The movie is directed by Meher Ramesh. Keerthy Suresh, who is 31-years-old, plays Chiru’s younger sister in the film. Sushanth plays Tamannaah’s brother and Keerthy’s love interest. This film will release worldwide on 11th August.
