Kushi 8 Days Collection Worldwide:
Khushi was expected to be a hit movie for Vijay Devarakonda, Samantha, and Siva Nirvana. However, the movie faced tough competition from Jaawan, Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty, and other releases. As a result, the collections of Khushi dropped significantly after the first few days.
The movie, which starred Samantha and Vijay Devarakonda, got positive feedback from the critics and the audience. The movie had a strong opening and collected a lot of money. But things changed quickly. On the eighth day of its release, Khushi only made Rs. 22 lakhs in total from all the regions in AP, Telangana, Nizam, Ceded, Uttarandhra, East Godavari, West Godavari, Guntur, Krishna, and Nellore. This was Rs. 14 lakhs less than the previous day.
Khushi, which was a comedy film by Vennela Kishore, earned Rs. 12.88 crores in Nizam, Rs. 2.23 crores in Ceded, Rs. 2.77 crores in Uttarandhra, Rs. 1.41 crores in East Godavari, Rs. 1.09 crores in West Godavari, Rs. 1.35 crores in Guntur, Rs. 1.32 crores in Krishna, and Rs. 72 lakhs in Nellore. The total share in AP and Telangana was Rs. 23.77 crores, and the total gross was Rs. 39.45 crores.
The movie also made Rs. 3.25 crores in Karnataka and Rest of India, Rs. 8.56 crores in overseas markets, and Rs. 3.20 crores in other languages. The worldwide share of the movie was Rs. 38.78 crores, and the worldwide gross was Rs. 73 crores. The movie has recovered 73 percent of its cost so far. Khushi had a break even target of Rs. 53.50 crores, which means it needs to make another Rs. 14.72 crores to become profitable and achieve a clean hit status. Otherwise, the producers will suffer a loss.
