Actor Vishal, who is known for his action and romantic roles in Tamil and Telugu films, has recently issued a statement on his Twitter account to refute the rumors of his marriage with actress Lakshmi Menon. The rumors started circulating after a website reported that Vishal and Lakshmi Menon, were in a relationship and were planning to tie the knot soon.
Vishal, who is currently busy with his upcoming film Mark Antony, said that he usually does not respond to any fake news or rumors about him, but he felt the need to clarify this one as it involved a girl’s private life and image. He said that the rumor was absolutely not true and baseless, and that he would announce his marriage officially when the time comes.
Vishal also appealed to the media and the public to respect the privacy and dignity of Actress Lakshmi Menon. He said that it was not fair to invade and spoil a girl’s personal life and malign her image with such false reports.
Usually I don’t respond to any fake news or rumors about me coz I feel it’s useless. But now since the rumour about my marriage with Laksmi Menon is doing the rounds, I point blankly deny this and it’s absolutely not true and baseless.
