Many people, including fans and industry insiders, were shocked by the poor performance of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s movie Bhola Shankar. The producer, Anil Sunkara, was rumored to have suffered huge losses of around 50 crores. Some also claimed that Chiranjeevi demanded his full remuneration back from him. However, these stories were denied by sources close to the Mega family. Anil Sunkara also issued an official statement on social media, saying:
“Some people may enjoy spreading rumors as a wicked hobby, but it is a serious crime to damage a reputation that has been built over years. It is not fair to anyone. The news about the dispute between me and Chiranjeevi garu is completely false. There is no truth in it. He supported me fully. He has a very good relationship with me. Please do not believe such hateful news. Creating fake news may be easy fun for some, but it has consequences for everyone involved. I thank all my well-wishers in the industry for standing by me in this situation. I hope to bounce back with their blessings.” Anil Sunkara clarified.
Rumors may satisfy the cruel fun of some people, but tarnishing the image built on hardwork for ages is an unacceptable crime. It also gives immense pressure and anxiety to all the families involved. The news spread about the dispute between me and chiranjeevi garu is pure trash.…
