Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty Release Date: Anushka’s comeback film Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty has been postponed from its August release date. The film features Naveen Polishetty as the male lead, is now expected to hit the screens in September.
The film was initially announced to release on August 4 by the production house UV Creations. The promotions had begun accordingly. However, due to some pending post production work, the release date was pushed back.
The makers had promised to reveal the new release date soon, but there has been no clarity on that for two weeks. There were speculations that the film might release on August 18 or 25, but those dates are already occupied by many Pan Indian films.
Therefore, the film is likely to release on September 8, as per the latest reports. The makers are planning to have a solo release on that date, as there are no other big budget Telugu films releasing in the second week of September. However, there are also rumors that the makers are not satisfied with the final output and are doing some reshoots.
That is why they are delaying the announcement of the release date. Naveen Polishetty is playing a standup comedian in the film, while Anushka is playing a chef. Anushka is making her Telugu comeback after almost three years with this film. The film is directed by Mahesh Babu P.
