Pooja also missed out on the movie Ustad Bhagat Singh directed by Harish Shankar and starring Pawan Kalyan. But industry sources say that her remuneration was also a factor for her exit from these films. Producers who are making films with tier 2 heroes are keen to cast Pooja Hegde as the heroine.
But there is a buzz that she not only charges a high remuneration but also adds an extra one crore rupees for her entourage. It is said that they are backing off from taking her as the heroine because they are scared of her calculations. There is a talk that it is better to opt for Sreeleela and Mrunal Thakur, who are currently in demand, instead of her.
